By purchasing coaching services from Neyah, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:

2. No Professional Advice

• Coaching services do not constitute:

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or participate in coaching.

• By emailing proof of purchase and confirming acceptance, you certify that you are at least 18.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.

• Coaching may support you in areas such as love, career, opportunities, and personal development, but results cannot be guaranteed.

5. Refund Policy

• Once coaching begins (defined as delivery of digital materials or receipt of the first DM), all sales are final and non-refundable.

• No “cooling-off” period applies once service starts, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital/custom services.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neyah is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequences — financial, emotional, or otherwise — arising from your use of coaching services.

• By purchasing, you release Neyah from all liability related to the coaching relationship.

7. Agreement Process

• Coaching cannot begin until you send an email to neyahvisions777@gmail.com with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • The statement: “I am over 18 years old. I have read and agree to the disclaimer and take full responsibility for my decisions and outcomes.”

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
